    Minew provides replacement and repair services with 12 months (battery excluded) lifetime warranty that is valid from the client received the product.

    The warranty and replacement service does not apply in the following cases: 1. Over the warranty. 2. Run out of battery. 3. Cannot offer the purchase vouchers. 4. Use incorrect according to the datasheet and instructions. 5. Watering, broken and damaged by man-made. 6. Maintenance and remove the components without Minew’s permission. 7. Due to the flood, fire, lighting, earthquake and other natural disasters. 8. Other damaged without product itself.
